Who We Are

Jodi’s personal and professional roots in the Rockford region stem back decades. She is a proud alumnus of Boylan Central Catholic High School. (Go Titans!) Her professional background boasts over twenty-five years of industry experience. She holds her Life and Health licenses in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Beginning in a customer service role in 1995 at Pioneer Life Insurance, her professional career remained in the insurance industry as she transitioned through various company acquisitions. A pivotal role in her career was as District Sales Manager position with American Medical Security where she honed her skills as a business and insurance professional in the Rockford region.

In 2005, Jodi accepted a Business Manager position with MFG, LLC. In this role, she was able to do what she does best–focus on client experience. With a solid foundation in the insurance world, navigating medical claims, resolving carrier service issues, and annual renewal strategies were and continue to be her forte.

Don is a Rockford Native and has been in the Rockford Region insurance industry for over 30 years. When Don began his insurance career in 1991, he partnered with MFG and has been continuing to grow those client relationships throughout the years in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

With decades of experience to offer, Don’s primary focus is his commitment to his clients and curated benefit packages to meet their business and personal needs. Don specializes in group health and ancillary products, individual life, individual health, as well as Medicare Supplement plans. In addition to his insurance industry accolades, he also serves on the Board for the Rockford Bell Credit Union.

When Don is not devoting his time to his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys golf and traveling to Florida.
